I was charged Rs 149.00 for VAS Downloads in the bill for the Period of 24.02.2015 to 24.04.2015. When I contacted customer service, the rep named Himanshu said that I had downloaded “SOME” application from “d2c_mazaa_149 and that’s why I was charged. Then I asked for his supervisor, who was not able to explain what the item was. He insisted that I was the one who downloaded the item, so I should know about that. I told him that I did not download any such item. Then he started to force me to believe that I had made a “MISTAKE”.
I strongly deny to pay for any such charge and want the amount to be removed off of my bill. And if that is not done, BECAUSE I DID NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING LIKE THAT, then I will be more than happy to sue this telecom company and take this issue to the court as well. I will not let them take me for granted. And I will make sure they remember me. That’s for sure.
