Sir, Aircel is giving horrible gprs service to us. I have been getting problem at my no. 9854970xxx and many times i have given complain but there is no any good response from them. i always have been informed that my problem has been rectified but their rectified service lasts only for 5to 8 days. For example On 21/04/2015 complained that there was no gprs service at my area. And again on 01/05/2015 there is no any gprs service.

Aircel is taking charge for using gprs. in a month i always get 3times or4times problem. They took one or two days to rectify.thus i have been paying gprs charge when there is no gprs.
