I am having a car of Volkswagen,Model:Polo TDI Trendline in the name of my wife. A very strange and astonishing event happened with my car. During the lunch hour of my office I went for lunch with my car and parked it at a parking location. When i came back after near about 20 minutes I found that the windshield glass of my car developed a crack and that too without any impact over it.It is very clear that there is also no impression of impact over it. Immediately I complaint about it on the toll free no. of the Volkswagen and I was advised to take my car to the nearest Bareilly Volkswagen dealer for the inspection. As per the scheduled appointment I went to the service center and there they inspected the cracked windshield glass and said that there is no impression of any impact over the windshield glass due to which the windshield glass might have developed the crack. They said that they will submit the report to Volkswagen and will intimate me thereafter. After 4 days I got a call from the service center and they informed me that Volkswagen is not responsible for the loss as the car is now out of warranty. Now I want to say that windshield glass of the car getting cracked without any impact over it is not a joke and also windshield glass is not a item which will lose its property or decay with passage of time. Definitely there is some manufacturing or some other kind of fault which has played its role with the passage of time. For a brand like Volkswagen windshield glass developing a crack automatically is very shameful and also a very pathetic condition for a Volkswagen customer.

At least Volkswagen Company should replace the windshield glass of my car without charging any money from me as this is completely their fault and customer should not suffer for this.
