Flipkart – Forcefully cancelled order refund not received

Dear Concerned, I bought two shoes from flipkart on 23rd April’15 when one shoe was delivered on 28th April’15 while another was not even shipped by that time. When I called up flipkart customer care to know why my product was not shipped then in response the reps claimed that by due date it will be delivered and they will not take any request for any enquiry with the seller, even after few days when I again enquired in the call center reps, again they firmly claimed that my product will be delivered. Finally seeing no hope I made a complained and then flipkart took the action by cancelling my order.uct Finally Flipkart forcefully cancelled my order today on 30th April’15 due to product unavailability with the seller and initiated the refund process as well. I want to demand a compensation due to my huge financial and social status loss towards this breach of contract by flipkart and not responding me in advance even when I proactively enquired about the status of the delivery.
