Vodafone -Fraudulent charges in billing and continuous wrong guidance

I am using a Vodafone postpaid corporate connection.I have subscribed for the internet pack of 1599/- in which i have 12 gb of 3G data usage and after that unlimited internet usage at a low speed.I usually use internet while on Roaming but i never faced this kind of issue.My current month’s bill is around Rs15802 which is much more beyond my credit limit.I have a credit limit of Rs 9000 only.My connection must have to be disconnected beyond this limit.but it dint happen. I was in madhya pradesh for a week. During all the time ,i was connected to Vodafone network only and i am pretty sure about it because i had to manually select the network as i was travelling and going out of coverage many times.When i called up customer care regarding the 3g issue ( as i was getting only 2g there), they said they have tie up with idea there in madhya pradesh and i should get 3g speed .I did not get much speed also there and used few mb of data. One thing here which i am pretty sure is that i was always selecting vodafone network only. Even i was quite intuitive about false charges and called up customer care also and confirmed.They said they have a tie up with idea in mp for 3g services and all the service providers have some mutual coverage among themselves. False charges, unsatisfactory replies from customer care have put me into mental agony from a past few days.

I don’t understand why customer care executives are not giving a correct answer to my questions.My outgoing calls and internet usage is barred and they are demanding to pay the whole amount to get it started.When i told them that i was manually selecting vodafone network all the time,they were not responding to my questions. My vodafone bill will usually be around Rs2500 ,but this time 15000 is an huge amount for me.If i am using vodafone services, i should be able to use internet wherever they provide me internet.Moreover i dint get any messages from idea or vodafone that i am connected to idea(And i am pretty sure that i was connected to vodafone only).If the requests made to conect via vodafone is forwarded to idea, that should not be of my concern as a end user. I am a vodafone customer from past 2 years and this is the reward they have given me for my loyalty.I have used a few mb of data and they charged Rs1200 extra as roaming charges.This is really unfair and cheating from vodafone. Getting charged is not at all fair. Please help me on this issue..Please help me fight against this fraudulent company. I need relief for my mental agony. I need atleast 50,000 rs as a relief fund from the Vodafone network and also make free my about said bill. I have suffered a lot due tot this issue.this is the final place where i can file my complaint for justice for this kind of cheating from vodafone.
