Rs.0.04 was being cut very frequently from my account. I had asked vodafone about the same and their executive had replied back on mail stating that it was a GPRS charge for VAS being cut. I have never used any of the VAS services like Vodafone Live. I asked them to deactivate the service & refund the amount. Now the frequent cuts have stopped but no refund was made.

I would like the refund of all these cuts since I have never used or activated any service like Vodafone Live.
