Vodafone – Higher bill not trying address my queries

I was using postpaid data plan for my iPad having Vodafone no: 9674395xxx. The plan was MBB_C_V_650_30d_3GB_FU_3G. The monthly charge for this plan was Rs. 650 including service tax which is evident from the name of the plan itself. Till the month of August I was getting bill of around Rs. 630 but suddenly in the month of September Vodafone has sent a bill with amount due as Rs. 3651.70. In that bill they have put Rs. 3250.00 as Misc credits/charges. The bill was not having any further details about the reason behind charging Rs. 3250 as Misc Credit/Charges. After interacting with call center many a times I get to know that they have changed my regular plan to advanced rental plan. Though they are claiming that they have taken a verbal consent through my alternate contact I could not recognize any such call from Vodafone in taking that. I am not sure how a telecom operator can change a plan arbitrarily on verbal consent which has huge financial impact on a consumer like me. Even they have informed any terms & conditions of the new plan through email or any other means. I have lodged a complaint in the month of October to vodafone through Email(vodafonecare.kol@vodafone.com) as well as their nodal authority(nodal.kol@vodafone.com) and escalated to appellate.kol@vodafone.com also. I have also mentioned in the complaint that I am ready to pay the monthly charge(i.e Rs. 650) of my original plan; not the misc credit/charges that Vodafone has charged. Till now every time they are giving a response that I need to pay Rs. 3250 as advanced rental & they are not trying to address my queries and provide necessary resolution for the same.

1. Vodafone need to issue a bill with the original plan charge(i.e Rs 650); not the advanced rental plan with charge as Rs. 3250. 2. As the service is already suspended & this is due to the reason of Vodafone claiming exorbitant charges Vodafone should not further charge me for the suspended period. 3. Vodafone should compensate for the mental agony that I am passing through for the last few months. 4. Vodafone should adopt fair practice in informing customer about any kind of change in plan which has financial impact on consumer through means of email, postal communication.
