This is regarding the 2g data plan with vodafone. I had called the customer care and requested for a 2g data plan of 2gb + unlimited data plan charged at Rs.199 per month on April 2013. Next month i was given a bill of Rs.12,425/ as they have assigned me only 1gb data plan of Rs.112 and charged Rs.10694 for the other 1gb usage which is actually supposed to be free as i had requested for the 2gb plan. They are now trying to cheat me by saying i have been assigned only 1gb usage and i need to pay for the other 1gb. This is done purely with an intention to cheat the customer. When i ask for any record or call transcript where i asked got 2gb data plan, they refuse to divulge any information regarding that.

I want the additional Rs.10694 to be deducted as i am not liable to pay this amount. I am only liable to pay my call charges for that month along with Rs.199 as my 2gb+unlimited data usage fee.
