Airtel – customer care show disrespect to the customer and have no fear of complaints

I have been facing an issue to recharge my prepaid Airtel number with 3G Data. I have logged an complaint in Airtel regarding this but customer care logged the wrong complaint then I contacted appellate authority of Airtel but did not get any solution. They are saying that there is no 449.RS 3G data package on Airtel website. I have sent them the screen shot of the website but they are still not convinced. Its been nine days since this issue raised and everyday different person calls me to ask the details. Complaint Number from Airtel – conrc31008184170

It has been noticed in the past that Airtel customer care show disrespect to the customer and have no fear of complaints. I want consumer forum to take a strict action on delay of response to the customer.
