SnapDeal – faulty product sold

have purchased one fan from www.snapdeal.com having order no. 1265305217 and amounting to Rs. 988. After the product is received, we opened the product and assembled it and fixed it by removing existing one ourselves. But it was not giving proper air, so I complained first handedly to snapdeal helpdesk for the refund and reverse pickup under their trustpay guarantee. but i received an email reply stating that this is an electronic product and cannot be refunded under trustpay. Then frustrated from their reply I went to two different electricians to get it checked whether it is faulty or not. I was told that the product is having faulty blades. Then i reverted snapdeal helpdesk stating the same and also telling them that it is not an electronic product and it is an electrical product. they called me saying it is an electronic product, i told them to check dictionaries and consult internet for the same but they are adamant enough to listen it. please help

RELIEF I WANT IS A FULL REFUND AND ALSO AMOUNT FOR THE HARASSMENT I HAVE FACED.
