Vodafone – Incorrect Bills Poor Service

Dear Sir, Vodafone was send me incorrect Bill of Rs.13119 on 6th June 2014, after so many mails and Telephone calls ( Calls Between 4 June to 31st June) they reduced the amount and send me the revised Bill of Rs.3675 ( Including Extra late fee) on 6th July 2014. During Discussions On June 2014 Vodafone told Late fee will not charge as it is Vodafone bill mistake and will reverse to you if Bill. But I Paid the Entire amount of Rs.3675 on 18.07.2014 as per due date including late fee. Now on August bill they once more charge me Extra Rs.170 for re connection charges and not reversed the Rs100 Late fee Amount as per their commitment. Also the number was disconnected by Vodafone from 20th June and they mailed me if i requested then only number will restart. But they restarted the number without my knowledge on 30 July and charged me for Re connection. They purposefully restarted only for generate the Bill

I want to teach the Lesson to Vodafone for sending such incorrect bills. It is not technological mistake. They are doing purposefully for achieving their Billing Targets. I claim Harassment and Fraud charges on Vodafone 12times the Incorrect bill Amount. After receiving the amount from Vodafone i willpay to Charitable Trust.
