Vodafone – Incorrect Invoice Calculation I never used services

Hello, I received my bill today for my cell number# 9021686195. I use a Business 149 plan with 1 GB of 3G internet costing me 250 Rs. In the previous month, as I talked to your executive for additional 3G internet, he advised to activate 3G booster plan as per the below link – https://www.vodafone.in/pages/booster_packs.aspx?cid=jnk I sent an SMS and activated it. I have received bill with 750 Rs added as extra with the booster plan. Your executive never told me that this charges will be added to my bill part from booster plan charges. He explained me the below rental calculation process – [ 250 Rs (1GB 3G internet) + 149 Rs (Business Plan) + 250 Rs (3G Booster plan) = 649 Rs Total ] Also, there is no where mentioned on your link regarding 750 Rs capping charges, etc. This is calculated as hidden charges without prior intimation. I only received notification for booster plan activation. I never used services for that 750 Rs added as extra. I want this charges to be waived off from my bill and a fresh new bill should be sent to me. I talked to voice support executive and they disconnected my call twice and didn’t responded. Pathetic customer support executives! Kindly, revert back. Thank you.

I want my 750 Rs that is added as extra to be waived off as it was added to bill without consent and can be termed as hidden costs
