most of the time the internet server is down and the internet is not working i pay for the whole month out of which i dont get to use internet when it is needed and they dont even extend the package due to thier server issues its not problem i paid for 30 days and their net is never working the customer care people dont even answer the call they just directly disconnect the call even after waiting for five mins they just disconnect nd the money is wasted in calling them on thier call centre number mentioned above pls do some thing for it
i want them to give me proper service and compensate me by giving me internet service free of charge for 3 years with 2 mbps speed package
