Vodafone – Internet very slow speed care people saying they are helpless

This is in continuation with my previous complaint vide ID: 73814.4.2014 wherein I have recharge on 10 Jan 14 and on 12 Jan 14 Vodafone said that my 2GB data have been exhausted. I had not used this, also I have logged complaint as per above reference. Now I am not able to use Internet due to very slow speed, this act of Vodafone is just to harass the customer for mentally torture for purchasing Internet of more amount. In reference to Rchrg of MRP Rs 199.0 on 10-Jan-14 vide TransID UE13786849937, it is to complaint that without using Internet it’s balance data is showing 1313MB instead of 2GB (2048 MB) as committed by the service Provider/ Operator that’s too without any data transfer usage. Customer Care representative is saying that it happens always and he is helpless in this regard. It is also necessary to mention that instead of Customer Care M/S VodaFone is always wasting of time of their customers by enlarging the talk time so that they can charge more money in alee of so called customer care. Vodafone is not proving speed and data of 2G Internet as per their committed tariff plan.
