Vodafone Mobile Balance Deduction

I got a roaming plan for Rs.201 on the 26th of July, 2014 but it has had no effect on my account. Balance still keeps getting deducted for no reason. I have lost approximately Rs. 400 because of this issue as well as Rs. 100 due to my interaction with Vodafone’s customer care desk. Resulting in an overall loss of around Rs.500.

I want the balance that I have lost to be refunded to my account and for this issue to be resolved. Vodafone must look into the Grievance ASAP and settle the matter failing which I will appeal in the consumer court of Law.
