We bought a Skoda Rapid Car in Mar 2012 and it is Registered in the name of Mr. Vijay ( my father) .
We have some problems which we have faced with skoda and we tried to resolve them by calling them again and again but got no reply. I have written m concerns in detail.
1. I gave the Car for service in Patiala Skoda showroom and i told them number of small problems which i was facing in my car. But when i got my car back their are two screws which are missing in engine and they have changed two filters which i don’t think were required to be changed. They charged me 15000 for first service but my problems still persists i told them to check my car’s air conditioner it was working fine earlier but now it is not cooling.
2. All A.C vents of my car are broken and not working, i m really surprised that skoda company have used such a rubbish material for their car. Vents are broken down and even I’m not able to adjust the direction of air.
After getting disappointed by the response of dealer I logged a complaint on official Website of Skoda. But No action is taken after that, I called the Costume care many times and dropped several reminder mails but each time they told that they will revert back soon . But even after 1 month of all this , neither they are giving my car back with problem fixed nad nor they are providing any courtesy car .
I request you to reimburse all the Amount which I spent on Travel during the duration ( December till now ) and Provide me a courtesy car till the time problem is not fixed . Will not recommend to buy this companies any product. As my vehicle is under warranty i request to replace the Faulty vents with the new one .
