Reference to my policy number 853588911 which has been surrendered in last week, I aggrieved to say that the payment which has been credited to my account is less than the premium paid before 7 years back in 2007. As per LIC portal the available unit as on 14.07.2014 is 6159.438 and NAV is 15.3431. As per the NAV and unit calculation, the amount available with LIC is Rs 94,504.87 but the payment made is 71,304/- only. The premium paid was Rs 75,000/-. there is a huge difference of Rs 23,200/- which is requested to be paid by LIC. the portal information is attached for ready reference. With this incident I am loosing my confidence with LIC and feeling deceived by a company which is having a faithful goodwill. Please look into the matter and transfer the balance payment of Rs 23,200/- as per your portal record. Since I am not going to accept the amount less than the premium paid amount after seven years in any case.
