Tata Croma Retail Air Conditioner Exchange – Review

I am Rajesh Chavan Croma Customer ( Bill No SLF02A027030058811).

This mail is in regards to the Letter received from your service center regarding defaulting on giving back old AC as under exchange offer. This is for your information that the old AC was been taken by 2 of your executive exactly on the next day of installation.

I need to put some points, as the letter which has been send needs few clarification on the language use.

1) I need to understand that whether i have stolen the AC from your shop or bought??
2) Whether I have defaulted in paying my EMI to Bajaj Finance??
3) Detail clarification on this matter stating return of old AC.
4) When have the representative contacted me??
5) If contacted then when i haven’t responded??
6) Was Demo Provided to me on purchase of new AC if yes then when??
7) Why was Installation of AC charged to me when it was told that under certain scheme it will not be charge ( as it is Window AC).
8) If the old AC is not received at your end then who visited my resident under CROMA name??

(The same has been informed to Mr. Venkatesh on 17/07/2014 at 10.00pm on18002583636.Ref:-SR17071400322)

I want to take this matter to higher level on grounds of wrong commitment, bad after sales service and faulty language use in letter. If not i would be forced to go to consumer forum for this particular case.

I require clear justification of all the points placed and require your intervention on urgent basis.
