: I have a valid SIM bearing no.9732818754 since last one year. from 10/8/2012 the connection has been barred by the company, they are saying new KYC must be submitted. but without any intimation they disconnect the line for which I faced many problems though I have submitted that data at the time of taking the SIM. Please let me know whether the company do so without any intimation under the TRAI rules. Now I am complaining against them for not enjoying the service facility and they should penalty for their activities. Please reply as early as possible
