Vodafone Mobile Connection Terminated Unilaterally

I have been trying to get my connection (Vodafone # 9886250xxx) disconnected since 17-Dec-2014. Despite repeated emails and reminders sent from my registered email-id (to Corpcare.kar@vodafone.com and vodafonecare.kar@vodafone.com) I do not have any written acknowledgement for the termination of my connection, other than auto-generated ones which do not refer to my email. Despite repeated requests via email as well as call to customer care (9886098xx), no request has been taken for termination, and not docket number has been assigned for my request. The customer care informed me that once my Dec-2014 month’s bills are settled, my number will continue to be activated. The Nodal Office (# 080-71711xxx) does not respond to calls at all.

I have spent more than 2 hours today, calling the Nodal Office, waiting for someone to answer my call, once for 30 minutes. Since the call was in progress, but nobody answered in person, I have lost a lot of time and money behind this.
