Vodafone Mobile Network Coverage issues in Mumbai

It was an absolute disappointment to hear from Vodafone customer care on the complain that I had logged (in April 2012). After all the follow-ups that I have been doing since last 2 years regarding my network coverage was left unresolved. All I get to hear from you is that the issue is under investigation and it will be resolved soon. How unprofessional can a service provider be by not giving a tentative deadline. All you are leaving me with is “HOPE”. I lodged a complaint on 2nd April 2012 on behalf of my 6 Vodafone connections (all home users). My problem is with the network problem I am facing to the recent flat I have shifted too. Post my investigation with other society members, it is evident that my area has the least signal capacity. After several rounds of discussion with Vodafone customer care, my complain was not taken for any consideration. I have spoken to your customer care regarding the issue in Jan 2014 and also on the formalities to be made in case of porting out to other network provider.
