Vodafone Mobile Porting + Network Issues

I would like to inform you that, I have been customer of Vodafone since Oct-2014 and I had ported out one number from other network to Vodafone and also subscribed a new number from vodafone vide No.9953942862 for data card. Since the date these numbers has been activated, there was no network. Before taking this connection I had already disscussed with the customer service executive at Vodafone Store, Nirman Vihar. He promised me that, all network related issue will be resolved, whereas there were no response from the Vodafore customer care & technical team.

Since I had not got solution for the same I told the customer care executive please stop my connection and I will not pay any amount for the same as I have not used a single service for the same. I visited to vodafone store, Nirman Vihar again in the second week of Dec’14 for the same issue and I have been told that the technical team will visit to your place and you need not to come and visit my store further. But till then no one has visited and I am not using the services of the aforesaid number since the connection has been taken. Even for this I had paid advance security deposit of Rs. 250/- which has not been utilized as yet. Even after stopping the same continuous bills are getting raised. And now the accumulated bill for three month reached to Rs. 1700 some odd no. Please justify me why should I pay this outstanding bill? If the benefit of service is not been provided to me. You can check with your technical expert how much services I have used against the aforesaid no. 99539XX862. Why the service to my other number +91-8826846868 has been barred? Justify me? It is regret to informing you that, the all the outgoing services to my other number 8826846868 has been barred. I do not understand the logic even after making the regular payment in due course. Although I am not satisfied with the services of vodafone. Every month unreasonable billing and downloading charges added to my bill. Every month I used to communicate for the same. But there is no remedy for the same from Vodafone helpdesk. Also note that, Vodafone customer service executives are not responding properly. Therefore, it hurts in talking to the unprofessional and unskilled person.

Since they have barred my services, I was not able to connect with my parents staying outside the city. Because of this my parents were running here and there for talking to me by reaching to my uncle staying in Trilokpur in this cold and rainy whether in Delhi. This may cause the loss of health.
