Vodafone Mobile Services not provided

I have been a loyal Vodafone customer since 2008 even when moving to different cities….but I am very sad and disappointed with what i have had to face. I called a customer care executive to inquire about internet plans, on his recommendation i recharged my phone with Rs.150. After doing so my internet did not work, so i called customer care again. I waited fro 3-4 days but my internet did not work. So i went and got another recharge of Rs.251 ( as i got a sms suggesting the data plan). But sadly even this did not work. So i repeatedly called Vodafone customer care on 20th May.

After being patient for so many days i got fed up and requested a refund. When i expressed my disappointment regarding the whole situation, a customer care executive named Akanksha hung up on me twice. When i called for the third time another customer care executive named Manisha Kukad told me that my request is pending and will be attended to in 4 hours. When i asked her to connect me to a higher authority executive my call was put on hold several times,my queries dodged and I was mocked by her. Finally she put me on hold again i waited again for 20 minutes. I am so disappointed and appalled at the behavior of theses so called professionals. As a customer i consider this harassment. I would request you to kindly train your customer care executive before they begin dealing with customers and I also want to be refunded the amount of Rs.400 (150+251as mentioned above). I have complained on the vodafone Facebook page as well.They responded with the same calls asking me to change my settings which dont work.This is a service error from Vodafone.They have refused to give me my refund.Please help me get my refund
