I’m a Vodafone prepaid user and my no is 9962XX5990. Today i have been twice charged 30rs for activating vodafone radio services. But i have never did activate any of the services. When i called up the customer care they say that i had been using internet and thru a third party website i have subscribed for the service. How can i be charged for some third party website activating your service without my knowledge. I have never accpected or clicked yes stating that the service will be activated on my no and i shall be charged for the same. I just got a sms saying that i have activated radio online service and im being deducted for the same. Not just once but twice deducting 60rs of my talktime.This is not a good service you provide to your customers. Request you to debit my talk value again.
