Vodafone Mobile – Unable to use 2G/3G Internet

Respected Sir/Ma’am, I’d like to register a complaint against Vodafone for not providing 3G services on my Delhi number while on roaming in Bangalore. I initially had this conception that Vodafone doesn’t support 3G services in Bangalore and so I called the customer care in Delhi and inquired if this is true. The person on the other side replied that Vodafone has its 3G services all over in Bangalore and I can get it activated and enjoy their services without any issues. So I got 3G activated and enjoyed it for quiet a while. A few days back I started having problems in accessing 3G as well as 2G services on my Delhi number while on roaming in Bangalore. So I called them up on 19th July on the Delhi customer care number and explained my issue. The person on the other side replied that he’s sorry and he can’t help me with anything as I’m on roaming and they don’t have the data for Bangalore and hence I’ll have to call the Bangalore customer care. I adhered to his advice and called them on their Bangalore number and explained my issue again. To my surprise the lady replied that she’s sorry she can’t help me with anything as this is a Delhi number. So, I had to call them again on their Delhi number and had to explain the issue one more time. Fortunately this time a lady registered a complaint and asked me to wait till 22nd July and see if the issue is resolved. On 21st July I got a recharge of Rs.255 for 1GB 3G data as I had consumed almost all the data that was left of the previous recharge. Today I faced the problem yet again and when I called them on the Delhi number the guy simply refused that Vodafone doesn’t provide 3G services in Bangalore (since the last 1 month, he said) and nothing can be done. I obviously was shocked to hear this as I have been using 3G for quiet some time now even on roaming and since the last 2 months for that matter, so Vodafone not providing 3G services in Bangalore since 1 month is obviously not true. I’m sick and tired of their unsatisfactory services that I can easily say that Vodafone is THE WORST COMPANY to ever provide its connection. Even while being on call these people take so long to pick up that if you’re really adamant on speaking to them you’ll have to keep your phone on speaker so that you can continue with your work and while they can make you wait longer, and don’t be surprised if this call is put on hold for more than 15 minutes.

Apart from not able to enjoy 3G/2G services even after getting the recharge done and also after them confirming this that they do have 3G services in Bangalore obviously I can’t hope to get back the time I wasted on this worthless company by calling them but what I would like them to do is to obviously look into issue seriously and refund me the amount that I have been wasting on them all this while.
