Vodafone Network / Billing Issues

This is my 2nd notice Consumer forum. I am facing an serious issue with my service provider Vodafone since from 5 months and not getting any proper resolution. I’ve reached out to every hierarchy even i’ve also forwarded my complaint. I need the proper network from Vodafone which i’m not getting inside of building. Also need a waiver for which the CS executive has committed to me. I’ve attached the chain email conversation for your reference. Please go through it very deeply and you’ll get to know what problem i’m facing out.
