Vodafone Network / Billing Issues Delhi NCR – Review

Hi Sir, I was the user of Vodafone postpaid no 9643XXX241. I was getting problem with network in my area, so I suppose to call to customer care to resolve the issue. As I am attaching the previous conversation as I had with Vodafone customer care. At last after I didn’t get any response. I requested to call to disconnect my mobile no and send me final bill. After getting my disconnection approval I gone to Preet Vihar Service Centre. The lady was sitting there she told me you no is already closed and you can make outstanding amount. I asked to take so she tole me than you can do it at our ATM. That time bill was 240 around. I submitted 500 rs note but machined didn’t given me my rest amount. Than I came to in office again and asked them somebody told me that you will get rest amount from vodafone by cheque. 6th December it is the day. If you can track that I have submitted 500 rs submitted against the same account. Check the attached conversation I did with your customer care. After 30 days I got a call that my bill is outstanding. So I rush to Preet Vihar Customer Cetre again to asked what is happening. So Guy told me that your account was activated after your deactivation.

I never asked to activate my account, so how it happen. So he told me that it activated from customer care end and Date was 7th March 2015. I asked him to close my connection and still I am ready to pay. But still connection is live how it. In front of my he send an email to his higher authority and said to me that you account will be disconnected and resolved the issue. For this your guys given me reference no is 2511173494. That time he said to me that bill amount is 200 for January & 251 for February. It is surprised me that I never refused to pay the amount, but what I am trying to say that if it is not fault than why I need to pay. If you still insists that this was my fault than I am ready to pay. Please check the details regarding the date I have mentioned into your system and anything fault than let me know. This way you are putting pressure on consumer for what he never did. I am user of other Telecom operator as paid and it is several years, but I never delayed the payment.d If you can see that I never late to paid my bills. Please let me know.
