Dear SIr, i was a vodafone prepaid customer from last more than 2 years and it was working fine. then near about 8 fab,2014 i got a call from a mam (vodafone Customer care ) to convert this connection to postpaid with 329 plan + roaming plan i study the plan & ready to change the connection. as i changed the connection from the that perticular day i got the following problem: 1) i didnt get any roaming plan (means i am paying all roaming charges for incoming which should be free. 2) the another one and main problem is this whenever i goes to roaming area . there is no network in mobile. i always select the network manually by activating international roaming. it is my main problem because, i go in roaming daily and it is not possible to select this process daily for daily. if i process for change the connection type or port it then they dont allow me to do this because before 90 days i do any thing but i can suffer the problems. I have some recordings for conversation regarding the offers which was given to me there is not any fault in my mobile coz i already checked in diff-diff mobiles. regarding these two problem i already mail to nodal officer or main vodafone customer care or go to vodafone store. but i didnt get any single reply regarding the same. i wants to solve my problem or do back to change my prepaid connection. i totally fed -up with these problem. please help me if you can do. i wish you will proceed to solve my problem ASAP Thanks & Regards Sahil Gupta
