I have done a reacharge of Rs147, which provide 3G data plan for 1 month but after recharging I am not able to connect to internet. I called up customer care but they said they can fix it only by 13th march. I have already paid for my service why am i supposed to wait for 2 days. In today’s world internet matters alot. I have to check my emails continuously. Because of this problem I am not able to do that and I am facing a lot difficulty. I asked the customer care executive to connect me to the manager but they were very rude.
I want instant resolution to my problem ( no connection to internet ).
