Rediff Shopping – Blackberry Battery defective poor response by ceompany

The President Reddif Shopping, Ridiculous service I have experienced in my entire life. If you need money from customers like this then go and sit near any temple or railway station u will get better then this. I am calling you people several times from 3rd of march u keep on telling me that your system is not working properly and you will get feedback from our side with in 24 to 48 hours now its been 8 days and i am not received any kind of call or any Email.. How you People work … I talked to satyajeet then satish after that your supervisor Mr Rao.. They all made fake commitments with me… This is really very unprofessional. I have ordered a Blackberry Battery F-S1 and it is is defective and it is not working properly, Please replace my battery and send me the new one else refund me. I need a replacement or new battery with compensation from the Rediff Shopping. Because I spend 8 days to track them and my business loss.
