I Ritesh Kumar Rana am hereby complaining against 100 Best Buy online shopping website, because there are giving wrong commitment and deliver wrong product also. I had booked an online order for 5 packs of koutons shirts dt. 01/03/2013 Rs. 999 and shipping extra. After booked my order they give a call for participate and purchasing a Lenovo Black Idea tab worth rs. 9999/- in 100% cash back scheme. On faith of commitment I had given second order also but when receive the delivery I shocked they send me 5 pack of shirt very worst quality all shirts very dirty and already used. I have given complain to customer care they said after 2-3 days our courier boy give you fresh product and return back the same. till date I am waiting for them. In my second order they give me acer iconia tablet instead of Lenovo Black idea tab and did not give me cash back point and other things committed on phone.

I want only my amount refund back by DD/PO ASAP.
