I made a Recharge last night on vodafone website but it didn’t go through however my money has been debited from my bank account and Ref id and time is 30/07/2013 OS VODAFONE VODAESHOP 0012563431 PG-0012563431 -95. 00 Rs., So i called the Vodafone CS Dept. The agent Ranjeet Kumar, didn’t help me neither transferred the call to supervisor and lied to me that i will receive a call back which i didn’t. So i called today to complaint again another agent hungup on me by the name Gaurav, and then again i called back so finally issue was escalated to supervisor and then to team leader and her Name is Sarita Devi who gave a me a Request ID, but no body is ready to file this complaint and saying i have to wait for 5 days after which either my money will be refunded or recharge will be done.
I want this to be resolved as soon as possible and take strict action against the company’s Management who are training these agents in a bad way for not helping their customers and wasting their time and causing them health issues too. Along with that i wanted my recharge issues to be resolved further as early as possible.
