Last month I asked them to activate DND feature on my mobile(9539201xxx)I was asked to wait for one week as it is the rule of TRAI and I obliged and waited for one week. After one week I was getting their promotional sms and I again contacted them they were talking very rude to me and asked them again to activate DND they responded that they have done the same. I waited one week again I was getting their messages then I didn’t mind it when I contacted them today they were speaking very rude to me as like they have the power to do any kind of things to customers. I request to take necessary action against them

To pay a sum of ten lakh and to suspend their operations for six month
