Xolo Mobile – Display Issues – Review

I had bought Xolo Q800(X edition)phone on 13.11.2013 and had a display related problem with the device. I had submitted my phone to Media Enterprises on 03rd June 2014 for the same. Media Enterprises representative said it will be repaired and delivered within 10 days, but was not done. I went to the service centre and they said it will take some more time. I repeatedly followed up and on 04 July I got the handset which was not repaired at all. I gave it back to them and they said it will take another 4-5 days as they will be replacing the handset. I went a couple of times again but kept saying the same. Till date they have not repaired my handset nor given me a replacement for the same. Its been more than 1 and half months for this issue.

I want a full refund for the amount RS.11000/- paid by me as I am really disappointed and frustrated with the the service provided by Lava/Xolo. There are s many people like me who are frustrated by Lava/Xolo after sales services
