I have requested Vodafone (on 3rd October) that I want to completely deactivate all the services of my mobile number (9953503761), but instead of it they have listed my number as LOST number and couriered me the duplicate SIM without my request for a duplicate SIM. I have visited Vodafone Store several time and their response is that since it is a corporate number they cannot help me, when I call your customer care they say that please visit Vodafone store. They assured me in mail that the plan of the SIM will be converted to ZERO RENTEL within 24hrs of request for deactivation, but it is not done till date. As per their mail, vodafone stated that it will be deactivated within 7 working days.
A severe punishment/penalty to Vodafone India for causing inconvenience and mantle harassment to user and and forcing me to carry-on their SIM Card with paying bills even when I am not using it. It is a FRAUD.
