Vodafone – Not Deactivating Number

From Last month I have requested for many times to disconnect my connection for mobile number 983009xxx but they are not doing. I have submitted a written application to deactivate my number but they are saying talk with customer service,customer service agent are saying go to the vodafone store.This is happening from last month and the are keep on sending the bills. They are doing this to collect the money of the bills. I dont want to use that number but they are not deactivating the number so that they can get the bill amount every month. I think in this way Vodafone is trying to cheat and get the bill amount. I am in a serious trouble. *The number which I want to deactivate is- 9830096xxx owner- Sunil Kumar Karmakar (my father)

If Vodafone does not want to disconnect the number thats their problem but I will not pay a single rupee from this month onward. I told them to disconnect. It will be better to disconnect the number. I dont want to pay any bill.
