I have raised complaint regarding promotional messages being sent to my number from VM-EASYMY. When I raised complaint they first rejected saying its not a promotional SMS. Later on I escalated to DOT and Vodafone closed my complaint saying I have personally subscribed to them. However I do not have any relation with the said VM-EASYMY and Vodafone is simply closing it. Telemarketer is sending movie promotional SMS via transnational route.

I need compensation for the promotional SMS that’s being sent to me.
