I had purchased a Vodafone 3G USB Data Card Stick No 9884958232. My data card Plan: MBB_C_V_650_30d_3GB_FU_3G on dated 06 August 2013. At the of purchasing Rs.100/- offer this plan for one year.

In every monthly bill statement it will adjusted, however it was not done. Please do the needful so as to entail me to use it on a regular basis as I am satisfied with the Vodafone 3G Speed as it serves my requirements.
