Respected sir, I have started new vodafone number 96871XX640 on 18/10/2014. I got bill on 05/11/2014 of amount Rs. 383.62 in which i got the charged of 297.00 for ” igmicromax_gm_99″ three times, but i have neither started any data/internet connection yet nor given any permission or confirmation to vodafone to start data connection. There were no any items downloaded in my cellfone. I have also talk but satisfactory answer was not given then mail to vodafone customer care. I have registered complaint on 198 telephonically with no. 82543656.
