i recharge 8298680xxx by online through idbi bank.but it not success and payment 199 is debited my account.and their is no message come by vodafone company.then 5.05 pm i go to market and recharge 199 and it is succesfully.now three days ago no refund in my account and then i contact custumer care she speaks both recharge already success.but i ask about their is no message come by online recharge then she say network problem.i say if u refund my money ya date extended but she says no.please help me to refund money or date extended.

30 days date extended because two time recharge by 199.ya refund my money in my account.
