I want my mobile number 9538969758 portability from vodafone to aircel. For this,i have given all necessary documents(both passport and pan card copy) and required money to a shopkeeper.he told me that my number is portable in aircel within 7 working days.but after 25 days he did not even pick my phone and give no response to me.

I want that he should give all my documents and money back to me or port my number.
