Vodafone – Over Charged gave false information

Bill Over Charged Copy of the first email HI Team Vodafone, Greetings for the Day. My Name is Shailesh Jain I am one of the corporate users of Vodafone Delhi Post Paid For +91-8588837xxx . I am very much disappointed with the services and assistance received by and from Vodafone. I have tried to contact your customer service team thrice all the executives gave different information. Firstly the friends and family pack was activated in my number without prior notice your team deactivated it wherein I wasn’t aware that the service has been deactivated and I was using the services thinking that the service is yet activated on my number and the calls were made to a particular number which was added in my friends and family pack which was free the number is ?9188600XXXX4?. I would like to know that how come previously the friends and family pack activated on a corporate number and now how come it was deactivated. Aside I need the service to be reactivated and then I would need the services to be reactivated and all the charges charged for the calls made on the above number to be waived off I am not going to pay even a single penny wherein I was not at fault. If I would had been aware of it I wouldn’t had made calls to that particular number. I have seven numbers of Vodafone for more than three years.

I would disconnect all the numbers if this is what happens and you guys intended to do with your customers. I had been paying all my bills without any delay. So please do the needful. If there is any late payment charges or anything additional to my actual and accurate bill Vodafone will be held responsible. Please change my plan back to the plan it was. Please do the needful. Also we would like to confirm you that only local CUG calling will be free as per corporate deal with your organization. Kindly note interaction number is 83779XXXX for further reference. Regarding genuine charges: We wish to confirm that, we have re-checked your bill dated 01/03/2015 to 31/03/2015 and have found that you have been charged accurately charges on your handset. We wish to inform you that you have been charged Rs.993.70 which is correct. Mentioned complete concern of dispute You can be rest assured that the charges applied are genuine and hence we would not be in a position to pass any credit

i need my bill to be waived off which is not accurate and i want all my services to be restored
