This is totally a compliance , misguiding , providing with unhealthy , pathetic service & poor service. Inconvenience caused to me in the entire sequence of events with no proper response. You have wishful disrespected my rights and purely intentional with willful, mala-fide , cheating , no response, threatening not to call and fraudulent intention which against the violation law. Charge against you is : 1. Poor customer service , unresponsive service 2. Beside “100% concession” given , doctor charged for the same on SMS. 3. Repeatedly told at the time off appointment must let me know the doctor charges before the visit , but no response. 4. When called customer service , only a return SMS thta will get a call after 2 hr. , which never happened. 5. Incorrect address of doctor , no name of doctor 6. When asked to provide complaint number against the complain , straight away declined . 7. Never respond or reply accordingly to mail as asked , just keep buying time . 8. Customer service is so poor and pathetic that they never have any update just keep asking time . 9. Disconnecting call . 10. Threatening call from customer service not to call customer service again by SUMIT -where as I paid for the service, he must be doing behest of some senior as he dared to call me back and threatened , reported to Mr. SAINI, but his response attitude was very casual. 11. Just keeping transferring the issue person to person but not reply on total refund and compensation. Where You accepted your fault on mail and call conversation 12. wasting time and my hard earned money paid for the service. 13. Everything is on call recording with you while fixing and appointment, you mail sent an response from you, show hoe you respond. 14. Mr. SAINI and all IHO representative in conversation is responsible for not responding to mail for total refund and compensation. Though all detail has been given. Mr. SAINI and others just sit on the complaint and appeal , never respond according to the mail, while totally declined you so called gesture of compensation. 15. Still no reply from you for the same. you took more than 2 month now , still no refund and compensation. Is this is you service. Still got a mail stating have to wait
Total refund of premium + doctor fees + right compensation and strict action should be taken
