I would like to complain against Eureka Forbes. Despite repeated complaints, they have not solved my problem in Vacuum Cleaner model -Trendy Steel. I purchased this model a few months back. I used it twice. After that the suction power of the model reduced. I contacted customer care and they sent a person Harish 2 month back. He checked and told that hose pipe had to be changed and will get the hose pipe if ready. After that , since 2 months whenever I call, he says that the hose pipe is not ready. 3 weeks back, I called up the customer care again to issue me a complaint number : 80836180. Then Harish called and told that his manager is not buying the hose pipe despite repeatedly asking him. So I called up his manager, Nagaraj who told me to wait 5 days. But no news from him. I am tired of calling up these people who dont care about heir customers. Since 2 months I cannot use the vacuum cleaner. The product is still in warranty and like this, the time will elapse and they will charge when the warranty expires. I encourage all people who read this post, to not buy any product from Eureka Forbes as there is no customer service.
My house is unclean and there is lots of dust and dust mites around the house. I am person allergic to dust and dust mites. Since February 2015, I am unable to clean the house and my health is getting affected. I am always getting nose flow and cold Replace the vacuum cleaner immediately as it is still in warranty as you people are not able to get the hose pipe replaced since 2 months
