Meru cab service Delayed by 1 Hour

I had booked a cab service for a pick up of a VVIP guest from Shil Phata, Dombivali East and drop to Ambernath West area. The cab arrived almost 1 hour late. I reported a complaint with them on several occasions on phone as well as on their site. However, I failed to get any response from them. All that I got was a “Sorry” mail. Then, the same day, I had booked the cab for dropping the guest from Ambernath wets to Dombivali East. I have been trying to get the receipt for that trip since the day of travel. However, I am yet to receive the bill. Even for this, I had raised a complain to which I have received no response. Both the trips were taken on 30th March 2015. Trip details: 1) Pick up: Dombivali East and Drop at Ambernath – 9:00am 2) Pick up: Ambernath west and drop at Dombivali East – 2:00pm

I want my trip fare to be refunded back! Thats the minimum I want from Meru cabs!
