I am using a vodafone postpaid connection and Vodafone revised my plan few months ago and I was promised to get 600 free STD and local minutes.But when I saw the bills I found that I have been charged for the call for the minutes I have not utilized.I called vodafone nodal officer and they told me that I am getting free minutes in 2 Different parts (100 minutes + 500 minutes). As per process post consumption of discount of first part, the second discount starts from the fresh session. However if the call is not disconnected or fresh session is not initiated, then the calls are charged, as your discount for the first part is finished

Advise them to change the plan from 100+500 minutes to 600 minutes i.e from two different parts to one single part
