I had processed payment by netbanking for the month of June 2014 on 19th July 2014. At that time I got an email saying that the payment has been unsuccessful, please try again. Later that day I found out that my account has been debited with the bill amount and credited to Vodafone account. But I had not received any payment confirmation either by sms or by email. I have been after them since that day and tried to contact by email, customer care numbers etc. but to no avail. I need the receipt to get the amount reimbursed from my Company.
Due to the inefficiency and callousness on part of Vodafone, I have not been able to get my reimbursement for the bill amount that I had paid. The amount is substantial Rs 1736. In addition to this, all these calls with customer care executives and so many emails are causing mental harassment. Despite repeated emails and calls, my problem is not getting addressed.
