This is regarding My Vodafone numbers 9899455xxx and 9582215xxx which are being used at Vasant Kunj location. We are facing severe difficulty due to poor Vodafone network(both 3G and 2G). There is no 3G network and voice cracks on 2G network. I have complained on this issue several times but no action has been taken. May please look into the issue and take corrective action at the earliest. My home address is E2/184, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070

We would like to inform you that your complaint regarding 3G speed is already in process with service request number 2524973526 raised on dated 19/01/2015 as the resolution time has been extended Despite our best efforts towards optimization of the network, due to technical and other problems beyond our control, there could be certain points where indoor coverage may not be that good. Nevertheless, our network engineers have thoroughly investigated your complaint and have tried to find the possible solution under the circumstances within stipulated time. However, we cannot commit you for the specific tat time as there is Weak Indoor coverage area due to building clutter, but we assure you the same will be resolved.
