Earlier i used to have a CUG number 85745XX805 when i was employed with ICICI Securities ltd. Varanasi, then when i resigned from the company i wanted to convert the same number from CUG to Individual for which i went to Vodafone Store Maldhaiya varanasi where i submitted my documents, a photograph and 250 rupees to Miss Rishika of the same store on 22 June 2015 with the assurance that within 10 days my number would be converted to individual, and after which i went back 2 or 3 times to see whether my application has been processed or not but some or the other problem used to be there everytime, within the same time period another of my friend who was from Allahabad Akshat got his number activated also, i returned to my hometown with assurance from Miss Rishika that the application would be processed and you need not worry about the same, i returned to Lucknow on 1st July and till date no further action or verification has been done for my application. What should a person do to expect good customer service from the company, when all you get are hoax promises from the employees of the company. i need strict and prompt action to be taken on the matter
