i was not able to use my this number so i called to customer care and they told me that your grace period is over so u have to go to nearest office then i went to nearset vodafone fatehganj office then vodafone people told me that you can convert your number is post-paid so you can get this number and your balance amount get less from bill. so i told them if i can convert this number in post-paid then why you can not give me in prepaid. in vodafone system this number is still on my name… and already i reacharged worth rs. 160 even my balance is still approx rs. 160. so vodafone just want to take benefit of this situation so i can convert my number in post-paid so company get financial benefit from that and they know that i dont have other option so indirectly they are forcing me to convert my number in post-paid. my mobile balance is still rs. 160 so please active my service… i want my mobile number service active if is there any other procedure for active in prepaid then i ready to do that procedure. even idea celllular always remind me for recharge by calling and sms so i making recharge at time to time… vodafone people dont even call me or msg me single time..

i want my mobile no. 9909411XXX service active otherwise i file legal case to consumer forum…
